This is only because HEPA air purifiers are the only ones effective and the results provided by the rest cannot even be compared with the ones produced by HEPA air purifiers. Nowadays sealed HEPA air purifiers are available too, which do not allow leakage of air without being filtered, thereby increasing the efficiency.
